Join us as a remote Junior Data Analyst for a marketing technology (MarTech) company specializing in data solutions to drive new customer growth and enhance customer retention across various consumer sectors, including financial services, home services, and insurance.

Key Responsibilities

• Reporting: Prepare clear reports and presentations to communicate findings to senior team members.
• Data Visualization: Design and develop metrics, reports, and dashboards to drive insights, improve performance, and reduce costs.
• Analysis: Conduct daily analyses and proactively identify key business insights to assist departmental decision-making.
• Business Process Improvement: Identify and resolve issues, design new processes, and enhance existing ones.
• Collaboration: Partner with leadership and collaborate with software engineers to implement data architecture and design supporting complex analysis.
• Documentation: Create and maintain process flows, best practices, and task execution documents.

Requirements

• Experience: 2–3 years in a junior analyst role, focusing on marketing data analysis.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Finance, or a related field.
• Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Excel (complex formulas, financial modeling, data analysis) and experience with Power BI or similar data visualization tools.
• Critical Thinking: Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
