The Account Executive is a critical remote position responsible for managing and optimizing client relationships in our dynamic retention marketing agency. Specializing in email marketing, SMS marketing, and CRM, the role demands a detail-oriented and organized individual with a profound understanding of digital marketing strategies.
- Campaign Management: Lead and oversee the entire lifecycle of client campaigns in email marketing, SMS marketing, and CRM domains. This includes meticulous planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery, focusing on meeting specific retention and engagement goals.
- Process Optimization: Actively seek and implement methods to improve workflows and processes, specifically in the context of retention marketing. Implement best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in campaign management.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with various teams – including account management, creative, analytics, strategy, and production – ensuring that each campaign is a collaborative effort with input from all relevant departments.
- Quality Assurance: Uphold the highest quality standards in all client deliverables, emphasizing data-driven and result-oriented approaches in retention marketing.
- Timeline Management: Ensure all projects are delivered on time, aligning with client expectations and contributing to the agency's overall profitability.
- Client Communication: Be the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear, concise, and effective communication. Manage expectations and address concerns promptly, maintaining high client satisfaction.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- At least five years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in a digital marketing agency focusing on email marketing, SMS marketing, and CRM.
- Deep understanding of retention marketing strategies, best practices, and industry standards.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, adept at building and nurturing client relationships.
- Proven organizational and project management skills, capable of managing multiple clients and campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
- Remote work experience handling US clients.
- Excellent communication and English, written and spoken.
