We seek a Media Buying Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role focuses on inventory management, advanced Excel tasks, and supporting media buying processes. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute the procedural elements of media buying and scheduling, particularly in audio media such as podcasts and radio, to support the media team.
  • Collaborate with various teams to ensure smooth operations, including strategy, finance, analytics, and media partners.
  • Confirm and submit insertion orders (IOs), ensuring accuracy and understanding with networks.
  • Complete and initiate CIA wire requests to finance.
  • Assist in maintaining the Master Audio Universe Database and other internal DBs.
  • Manage media plan details and updates in the media management software, maintaining rigorous accuracy.
  • Reconcile discrepancies between booked and cleared media spends, ensuring updates are completed within 48 hours.
  • Assist in organizing and maintaining media files, databases, and internal booking trackers.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with networks and vendors to facilitate seamless media operations.
  • Assist media buyers in evaluating and negotiating new media opportunities, providing rationale and insights.

Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher with 3-5 years of experience.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, particularly with pivot tables.
  • Experience in media buying, planning, or sales, with a preference for Direct Response buying.
  • Familiarity with Strata Media Buying software is a plus.
  • Excellent numerical aptitude and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable with significant data entry tasks.
  • Remote work experience handling US clients.
  • Excellent communication and English, written and spoken.
