We are looking for a Partnership Account Manager to join our compliance team. This role is 100% remote working with fully distributed teams. The ideal candidates will have previous experience working remotely or with distributed teams across the US or internationally.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Assess needs and create customized solutions on an ongoing basis
  • Participate in the sales process by meeting with prospects/clients, providing demos of our proprietary software, and managing product trials
  • Set proper expectations and provide clear status updates for prospects/clients
  • Manage accounts (entire subscription life cycle + attrition)
  • Identify up-sell opportunities and offer appropriate products and services
  • Publish recommendations and action plans based on data and research
  • Work cross-functionally with sales and other internal teams in order to deliver results for our partners and clients
  • Act as the primary point of contact and the “face of the Company” in this client-facing role
  • Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience in SaaS or B2B software applications
  • Experience in retail, marketing, sales, or customer service
  • Experience in client-facing Account Management with Amazon experience preferred
  • Experience prioritizing and managing customer needs and expectations
