What You'll Do:
We offer a full-time, job 40-hour workweek Monday through Friday, with excellent prospects for long-term growth. We can offer HMO and other benefits to Philippine candidates.
What You'll Do:
- Lead and manage a small team of recruiters, ensuring performance targets are met.
- Source and develop a strong pipeline of candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and Bullhorn.
- Conduct interviews via Zoom and assess candidates based on CVs and team feedback.
- Train and mentor recruiters, ensuring consistent skills development and high performance.
- Create and maintain training materials and documentation to support recruitment processes.
- Generate regular reports on recruitment metrics, team performance, and pipeline progress.
- Oversee the efficient use of ATS Bullhorn and project management tools to maintain accurate candidate data.
- Act as the primary point of contact for recruitment inquiries and client updates.
- Previous experience as a Team Lead in a BPO recruitment setting is required.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Bullhorn.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, train, and mentor recruitment teams to success.
- Experience in creating reports, documentation, and training materials.
- Excellent communication and English, written and spoken.
- Remote work experience handling US clients.
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and committed to delivering recruitment excellence.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding recruitment quotas.
- Experience working in entrepreneurial staffing agencies or similar environments as a recruiter.
- Stable employment history with documented success in recruitment leadership roles.
