We seek a remote, experienced Creative Strategist to join our team. This role is ideal for a candidate with a strong background in online advertising and direct response campaigns, particularly within D2C brands in the home goods industry. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in creating compelling, consumer-centric content that drives traffic and sales.
In this role, you can work with a cross-functional creative team, manage multiple campaigns and projects, and use data-driven insights to optimize performance. Responsibilities:
- Create and translate strategic briefs into compelling, well-executed direct response videos and copy that drive consumers and traffic
- Plan, coordinate, and manage the team to produce high-level creative videos and image ads
- Provide constructive feedback and constantly challenge the team to improve performance by creating innovative and performance-driven content that aligns with consumers' needs and brand vision to drive sales
- Interpret and analyze traffic data reflecting consumer behavior across the paid media ecosystem to iterate existing videos and continually optimize performance
Qualifications:
- A degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field is preferred
- Must have 5+ years of online advertising experience with performance-driven brands
- Experience creating winning ads across all social platforms (Facebook, IG, Tiktok, Pinterest, etc.)
- Strong copywriter with the ability to write effective consumer-centric sales copy
- Must have experience leading cross-functional creative teams
- Must have experience managing multiple campaigns/projects simultaneously
- Ability to dissect and analyze data to build hypotheses and iterate new creative
Additional Requirements:
- Excellent English and communication skills
- Remote work experience handling US clients
- Direct Response experience in D2C brands is a must
The ideal candidate MUST have demonstrated experience in online direct-response advertising to be considered.
We offer a full-time, US-hours remote job, 40-hour workweek Mon-Fri, with excellent prospects for long-term growth for an ambitious Creative Strategist.
