As a Remote Customer Service / Inside Sales Representative, your mission is to be the frontline of our organization. You'll be tasked with handling calls from customers, sales representatives, and internal teams, processing orders, providing quotations, closing sales, and ensuring seamless information flow across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls, including prospecting calls
  • Process customer orders and provide accurate quotes
  • Close sales over the phone, with a focus on upselling
  • Coordinate a high volume of daily transactions, including follow-ups and lead passing
  • Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Billing, and Routing departments
  • Uphold high standards of customer service with integrity
You will also:
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the company’s services and pricing structures
  • Promote additional services to existing and potential customers, contributing to revenue growth and company objectives
  • Complete necessary service agreements, Salesforce entries, and other paperwork in compliance with company policy
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure prompt resolution of customer service requests
  • Act as a liaison between customers, sales, operations, and office departments to address general inquiries and issues
  • Provide weekly and monthly reports to management
  • Perform other sales-related duties as assigned by management
To succeed in this role, you need to meet the following requirements:
  • An Associate’s degree from a two-year college or technical school or at least two years of related experience and/or training or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Professionalism, self-motivation, and strong computer skills (particularly Microsoft Office Suite)
  • Remote work experience handling US clients
  • Excellent communication and English, written and spoken
We offer a full-time, US-hours remote job, 40-hour workweek Mon-Fri, with excellent prospects for long-term growth for an ambitious Customer Service Representative. We can offer HMO and other benefits to Philippine candidates.
