As a remote Research Analyst specializing in the real estate market, you will provide critical data insights and analysis to support asset valuation, market research, and business development. This role requires expertise in US real estate markets and a strong ability to analyze trends, demographics, and development projects to guide optimal business decisions.


Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth market research, project due diligence, and demographic studies specific to US real estate markets.
• Analyze and track real estate development projects, rent trends, and sales comparables, particularly in Southern California.
• Deliver thesis-driven asset/property research to support decision-making.
• Manage ad hoc projects, analyses, and assignments related to real estate market trends.
• Maintain and enhance real estate databases, ensuring data accuracy and updating dashboards weekly.
• Utilize Salesforce/Apto and Python to develop reports and aggregate large datasets.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in real estate, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Data Science, or a related field.
• At least 3+ years of experience in market research, data analysis, or similar roles, focusing on US real estate markets.
• Excellent English, written and spoken.
• Strong knowledge of US real estate trends, valuation processes, and development projects.
• Academic and practical experience with diverse research methodologies.
• Proficiency in qualitative and quantitative data analysis.
• Strong communication, project management, and collaborative skills.
• Knowledge of Python is preferred.
