Sales Solution Engineer
We are looking for a Sales Solution Engineer. This role is 100% remote working with fully distributed teams. The ideal candidates will have previous experience working remotely or with distributed teams across the US or internationally.

- Own the customer’s problem through effective diagnosis, resolution, or implementation of new investigation tools to increase productivity for customer issues on the platform.
- Develop an understanding of the product technology and underlying architectures by troubleshooting, reproducing, and determining the root cause for customer reported issues; build tools for faster diagnosis.
- Act as a consultant and subject matter expert for internal stakeholders in Engineering, Sales, and Customer organizations to resolve technical deployment obstacles and improve the platform.
- Create low-medium fidelity prototypes and wireframes according to prospective customer needs.
- Experience in managing customer issues or needs.
- Experience with Kubernetes, system virtualization, on-prem and/or hybrid cloud computing, cloud identity and security system, cloud monitoring and logging, as well as local and cloud storage.
