We are looking for a full-time, full-stack .Net Team Lead for an ongoing remote SaaS business. You must be an experienced specialist in the Microsoft stack and associated technologies.
You will lead a small remote team of developers with a QA and a PM. We provide a SaaS product for the logistics industry, and we are also in the process of refactoring the app so this is an excellent opportunity for a person wanting to work with the latest technologies.

You must have 6+ years of experience with:

You must have 6+ years of experience with:
- ASP.net, C#, HTML, JavaScript, AJAX, WebForm
- MVC, MVC.core
- Restful & .Net API & ETL
- HTML5, jQuery, SASS, and Bootstrap
- Excellent Git skills
- DevOps
You need to have:
- Experience working in a US, AU, UK, or similar environment
- Excellent English, written & spoken
- Experienced in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders like vendors, clients, business analysts/sales, infrastructure, UI/UX design, offshore team
- Experienced in working with offshore teams for development and testing
- Experienced in code and server management
- Natural ability to take the initiative and also document
- A very good eye for detail and very skilled at code review
Strong preference for candidates with logistics experience.
You must also have 5+ years of experience with SQL and know how to use stored procedures, indexes, functions, and user-defined data types. It's also good if you know Angular.
Some of your tasks:
- Run DSMs (daily stand-up) with the IT Team and review all tasks
- Plan sprints/team member's schedules and manage tasks/due dates and report weekly to the whole team
- Perform as a key developer
- Provide technical support to the IT team from review/analysis of each task to training them in coding, testing, design, architecture, database structure, how to use tools
- Diagnosing and resolving hotfixes
- Handle the push flow
You need to be an experienced, hands-on empathetic team leader with documented success leading small teams in .Net SaaS environments.
