Seeking a Remote Virtual Assistant with strong financial acumen to manage travel arrangements, meetings, accounting data input, and reporting. Must be tech-savvy and operate in CET time.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodation, and transportation.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, ensuring all logistics are handled smoothly.
  • Input accounting data into Xero and generate simple financial reports.
  • Utilize various technology tools and platforms effectively.
  • Work in Central European Time (CET).

Requirements:

  • Remote work experience handling US clients.
  • Excellent communication and English, written and spoken.
  • Proven ability to manage travel and meeting arrangements.
  • Experience with Xero accounting software or similar tools.
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency with common virtual assistant tools.
  • Ability to work in the Central European Time zone.
