The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth through the discovery of new business opportunities, fostering client relationships, and championing our digital educational solutions.
In this role, your key responsibilities will include:
- Undertaking market research to identify potential clients while keeping abreast of industry trends and developments in the education sector
- Working in tandem with cross-functional teams to develop impactful sales strategies
- Delivering engaging sales presentations and product demonstrations
- Negotiating pricing and contracts to mutually beneficial outcomes and maximized revenue potential
- Offering post-sales support and nurturing ongoing client relationships
Our ideal candidate will have:
- More than five years of experience in sales development within the e-learning industry or a related field
- Profound knowledge of e-learning platforms and online educational materials
- Comprehensive understanding of the education sector, including K-12, higher education, and corporate training
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, coupled with bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, for effective client communication
- Experience with Notion CRM systems and sales tools
- Robust negotiation and persuasion skills
- An analytical mindset and the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent English and Spanish required
Occasional travel is required.
