Reporting to the E-Commerce Product Lead, the successful candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple web development and creative projects simultaneously. This role involves close collaboration with web development and creative teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables, ensuring projects are completed on time and meet high-quality standards.

We seek a remote Technical Project Manager to join our CRO team and drive project execution from initiation to completion. This role involves close collaboration with web development and creative teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables, ensuring projects are completed on time and meet high-quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement project plans, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of creative and development projects.
- Foster a positive team environment that promotes creativity and innovation, managing resources effectively to meet project goals.
- Lead the creation of innovative and user-friendly landing pages, utilizing design tools like Figma for mockups and wireframes.
- Proactively communicate project progress, identify and resolve roadblocks, and inform stakeholders of project status and potential risks.
- Implement quality assurance processes and conduct testing to ensure error-free website delivery.
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing web development projects, expert with project management tools (Asana, Wrike), and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban).
- Proficiency in design tools like Figma for creating mockups and wireframes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent English, written and spoken.
- Must be able to work in Pacific Standard Time (PST) hours.
The ideal candidate should have a strong web development and e-commerce background, experience collaborating with creative teams, and excel in managing multiple projects with competing deadlines.
