We’re looking for a remote Case Manager to support operational workflow, drive case progress, and ensure client satisfaction in a structured settlement firm. This role is key to helping the team stay organized, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality service across legal, insurance, and financial cases. You’ll work closely with internal planners and use tools like Salesforce and Asana to manage documentation and communications efficiently.

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate case documentation and timelines – Maintain accurate records, track milestones, and update CRM systems.
•  Draft and process client materials – Handle settlement documents, communication, and policy paperwork.
• Support the planning team – Organize petitions, applications, and correspondence.
• Manage internal systems – Update manuals, procedures, and maintain up-to-date training content.
•  Contribute to team collaboration – Join scheduled check-ins, process, and document interactions.
• Update our Training Manual, policies, and procedures.

What We’re Looking For

• 4–6 years of relevant administrative or operational support experience.
• Degree in business, law, or finance.
•  US business experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce – Familiarity with Asana is a plus.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
• Highly detail-oriented – Strong organizational habits and sound judgment.

Nice to Have

• Spanish language skills.
• Experience in legal, insurance, or financial services.
• Experience using Asana.

We offer a full-time, US-hours remote job with a 40-hour workweek, Monday through Friday, with excellent prospects for long-term growth.
