We are looking for a Customer Service Manager to join our compliance team. This role is 100% remote working with fully distributed teams. The ideal candidates will have previous experience working remotely or with distributed teams across the US or internationally.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Full-time schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM PST.
  • Provide customer support by answering phone calls and responding to e-mails, creating documents, and entering data.
  • Interacting with Customer Service team members and other teams within the company to provide knowledgeable answers to customers.
  • Staying current daily by doing follow-up phone calls and e-mails.

Requirements:

  • Customer support experience
  • Must have Oracle Netsuite experience
  • Active listening and strong communication skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Candidate is responsible for his/her own computer and fast internet access.
