Customer Service Manager
We are looking customer service manager who can work during our time (California time).
Below is a small summary of what we are looking for:
Job Description:
- Full-time schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM PST.
- Provide customer support by answering phone calls and responding to e-mails, creating documents, and entering data.
- Interacting with Customer Service team members and other teams within the company to provide knowledgeable answers to customers.
- Staying current daily by doing follow-up phone calls and e-mails.
Requirements:
- Customer support experience
- Must have Oracle Netsuite experience
- Active listening and strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
- Candidate is responsible for his/her own computer and fast internet access.
The candidate must have :
- Computer skills
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
- Patience
- Punctuality
- Positive work ethics and being respectful
