As an Account Coordinator, you must have a passion for delivering what clients want, must know how to solve a multitude of problems, and a well-rounded person.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Assists with various projects at one time, from smaller strategic assignments to supporting complex, integrated campaigns
  • Coordinates and communicates relevant project information to the team and ensure that the outcome addresses the Client’s needs
  • Leads and helps projects by overseeing timelines and processing job orders
  • Proofing and gathering materials for internal and Client meetings
  • Joins relevant internal and Client meetings when needed 
  • Manages all billing with the Client and internal accounting team
  • Take part in brainstorming sessions with Strategy & Creative teams
  • Proofs ad materials, scripts & spots to ensure accuracy, approvals, and legal compliance
  • Updates and manages internal and Client facing status reports
  • Communicates progress and challenges in a timely and succinct way

Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or relevant, equivalent experience
  • Robust working knowledge of advertising and marketing 
  • Great attention to detail and strong communication skills
  • Has a strong sense of urgency and commitment to get the job done quickly and with high quality
  • Has the ability to manage multiple tasks while working independently
  • Must be computer literate with proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook with the ability to learn new software & operating systems
  • Ability to communicate with people at all levels of the organization

Preferred candidates with great familiarity in advertising and who has a long record of doing campaigns in advertising and can work during US business hours.

We offer a full-time, US-hours remote job, 40-hour workweek Mon-Fri, with excellent prospects for long-term growth for an ambitious experienced Account Coordinator. We can offer HMO and other benefits to Philippine candidates.
