As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for making sure that each department caters to the needs of clients and customers, addressing and resolving customer complaints, and maintaining positive relationships with both parties to make sure that future business opportunities are met. 

What you’ll be doing 

  • Developing a comprehensive account plan which outlines crucial relationships, requirements, potential revenue sources, opportunities and threats, and weaknesses that need to be addressed
  • Managing a portfolio of accounts and driving revenue by being the main point of contact for identifying business opportunities, selling, delivering services, and negotiating deals
  • Collaborating with the delivery teams to ensure that their work aligns with client requirements and expectations
  • Coordinating with consultants to match client needs, negotiating terms, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process
  • Overseeing the complete recruitment process for high-end or niche requirements, understanding client needs, guiding the team, and conducting initial screenings, reference checks, pay rate negotiations, and coordinating client interviews
  • Maintenance of candidate follow-up and regular status updates

Requirements 

  • An MBA degree is preferred 
  • C1/C2 English Level proficiency (both written and spoken English) 
  • Prior experience in IT consulting/staffing and recruitment industry is a plus 
  • Ability to work proactively and effectively in a fast-paced recruitment environment 
  • Ability to handle multiple job requisitions and deliver results 
  • Skill in both traditional and innovative recruiting strategies to meet client needs

We offer a full-time, US-hours remote job, 40-hour workweek Mon-Fri, with excellent prospects for long-term growth for an ambitious experienced Account Manager. We can offer HMO and other benefits to Philippine candidates.
