As an Accounts Administrator, you will play a vital role in managing financial transactions, maintaining records, and supporting the finance team. Your responsibilities will include processing invoices, handling accounts payable and receivable, reconciling bank statements, and preparing financial reports. Additionally, you will assist in budget tracking, ensure compliance with accounting standards, and participate in month-end and year-end closing processes. 

What you'll be doing 

  • Processing invoices and verifying accuracy 
  • Handling accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks 
  • Reconciling bank statements and financial records
  • Preparing and organizing financial documents for audits 
  • Assisting in the preparation of financial reports and statements 
  • Collaborating with the finance team on budget tracking and analysis 
  • Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations 
  • Participating in month-end and year-end closing processes
  • Utilizing accounting software and MS Excel proficiently 
  • Providing support for ad-hoc financial projects 

Requirements 

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field 
  • Proven experience as an Accounts Administrator or in a similar role
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and regulations 
  • C1/C2 English Level proficiency (both written and spoken English) 
  • Proficiency in using accounting software and MS Excel 
  • Detail-oriented and capable of meeting deadlines 
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong organizational and communication abilities 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team 

Preferred candidates with prior experience in accounting or finance and relevant certifications (e.g., CMA, CPA) will be preferred. We are seeking individuals who are proactive, detail-oriented, and have the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset are highly valued. 

We offer a full-time, US-hours remote job, 40-hour workweek Mon-Fri, with excellent prospects for long-term growth for an ambitious experienced Accounts Administrator. We can offer HMO and other benefits to Philippine candidates.
