As an Administrative Assistant, you will play an integral part in performing and handling a variety of administrative and clerical requests and queries from senior managers. 

What You'll Be Doing 

  • Provide assistance to the CEO and other executives 
  • Maintain project-related documentation by making sure all pertinent materials are up to date, disseminated, and filed correctly 
  • Preparation of meeting minutes, memos, project proposals and emails 
  • Internal executives and client communications 
  • Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients 
  • Attend project meetings as necessary 
  • Answer and screen phone calls 
  • Other delegated duties 

Requirements 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Administration or a related field 
  • C1/C2 English Level proficiency (both written and spoken English) 
  • 2 years' experience as an Administrative Assistant or Project Management 
  • Microsoft Office wizard  
  • Advance knowledge in project management tools 
  • Highly organized and knows how to prioritize urgent task 
  • Attention to detail 
  • Can work independently without supervision 

Preferred candidates with a good organizational skill and has an experience in supporting a C-level executives in making things done. Candidates must also have the ability to adapt to change, and can work fast in a multichannel retail environment. 

We offer a full-time, US-hours remote job, 40-hour workweek Mon-Fri, with excellent prospects for long-term growth for an ambitious experienced Admin Assistant. We can offer HMO and other benefits to Philippine candidates.
