As an Administrative Assistant III, you will be providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. You are also responsible for confidential and time sensitive material.  

What you’ll be doing 

  • Help train the new administrative associates 
  • Prepare meeting materials for conferences 
  • Note taking during meeting 
  • Calendar management 
  • Email management 
  • Implement clerical duties and administrative processes 
  • Prepare, issue or send out receipts, bills, policies, invoices, statements and checks 
  • Act as the first point of contact to all incoming calls 
  • Arranging meetings and other events 
  • Update working list on a daily basis 
  • Maintains filing system 
  • Maintains the sales forecast, the newsletter, the email lists, and the SM software user lists 

Requirements 

  • High Scholl Diploma or GED 
  • C1/C2 English Level proficiency (both written and spoken English)   
  • 5 years or relevant administrative experience 
  • Spreadsheet and word processing software wizard 
  • Can type 65 word per minute 
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills 
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills 
  • Can work independently

We offer a full-time, US-hours remote job, 40-hour workweek Mon-Fri, with excellent prospects for long-term growth for an ambitious experienced Administrative Assistant III. We can offer HMO and other benefits to Philippine candidates.
