What you'll be doing

  • Assisting in day-to-day administrative tasks, such as managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, and handling incoming calls and emails
  • Coordinating and scheduling meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements for team members
  • Maintaining and organizing physical and digital files, documents, and records
  • Managing calendars, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and events
  • Assisting in preparing and proofreading various documents, reports, and presentations
  • Handling office supplies inventory and coordinating procurement when necessary
  • Supporting HR processes, such as onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel records
  • Collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination
  • Providing general administrative support to the team as needed

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
  • Proficient in using office productivity software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace)
  • C1/C2 English Level proficiency (both written and spoken English)
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and work independently
  • Strong problem-solving skills and resourcefulness
  • Professionalism and the ability to maintain confidentiality
  • High level of integrity and a strong work ethic

Preferred candidates for this role is an experienced administrative assistant with a track record of providing exceptional support in a fast-paced environment. Preferred candidates possess excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills. They are detail-oriented, reliable, and capable of handling multiple priorities effectively. The ability to maintain confidentiality and exhibit a high level of professionalism is also desirable.

We offer a full-time, US-hours remote job, 40-hour workweek Mon-Fri, with excellent prospects for long-term growth for an ambitious experienced Administrative Assistant (Remote). We can offer HMO and other benefits to Philippine candidates.
