Filled Positions

As an Amazon Subject Matter Expert, you will be responsible for providing expert-level guidance and support to our clients on all aspects of Amazon's platform. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in the world. 

What you'll be doing 

• Providing expert-level guidance and support to clients on Amazon's platform 
• Conducting in-depth analyses of client accounts and recommending optimization strategies 
• Developing and implementing Amazon-specific marketing strategies to increase sales 
• Staying up-to-date on Amazon's policies, updates, and best practices 
• Communicating effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional service 

Requirements 

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field 
• C1/C2 English Level proficiency (both written and spoken English)  
• 3+ years of experience working with Amazon's platform 
• Expert-level knowledge of Amazon's policies, updates, and best practices 
• Excellent interpersonal skills 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 

Preferred candidates that have experience working with Amazon Advertising, experience managing large Amazon accounts, experience working with Seller Central and Vendor Central and a track record of increasing sales on Amazon's platform. Candidates must be amenable to work during US business hours. 

We offer a full-time, US-hours remote job, 40-hour workweek Mon-Fri, with excellent prospects for long-term growth for an ambitious experienced Amazon Subject Matter Expert. We can offer HMO and other benefits to Philippine candidates.
