As an Appointment Setter and Sales professional, you will play a vital role in driving sales growth by setting qualified appointments for our sales team. What you'll be doing

  • Prospect and qualify potential customers through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, and social media
  • Engage with prospects to understand their needs and effectively communicate the benefits of our products or services
  • Set appointments for the sales team with qualified leads, ensuring accurate scheduling and follow-up
  • Maintain a database of leads, appointments, and outcomes for accurate reporting and performance tracking
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align strategies, share insights, and optimize the lead generation process
  • Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitive landscape to effectively position our offerings
  • Conduct follow-up activities to nurture leads and move them through the sales pipeline
  • Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts and reports to management
  • Meet or exceed appointment setting targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) within set timelines

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Appointment Setter, Sales Development Representative (SDR), or in a similar role
  • C1/C2 English Level proficiency (both written and spoken English)  
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage prospects effectively
  • Strong sales acumen and the ability to articulate value propositions and overcome objections
  • Results-driven and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently
  • Proficient in using sales software or customer relationship management (CRM) systems
  • Familiarity with lead generation techniques and best practices
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Preferred candidates role will have a background in appointment setting and sales, preferably in a remote work environment. We are looking for individuals who possess exceptional communication skills, persistence, and a passion for achieving sales targets. Experience in B2B sales, knowledge of specific industries or markets, and familiarity with sales prospecting tools will be highly valued. Candidates must be amenable to work during US business hours. 

We offer a full-time, US-hours remote job, 40-hour workweek Mon-Fri, with excellent prospects for long-term growth for an ambitious experienced Appointment Setter and Sales. We can offer HMO and other benefits to Philippine candidates.
