As an Associate Technical Support Engineer, you will play a crucial role in providing top-notch technical assistance to our customers. What you'll be doing 

  • Responding to customer inquiries and providing technical support via email, chat, or phone 
  • Diagnosing and troubleshooting software and hardware issues 
  • Escalating complex issues to senior technical support engineers when needed 
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve customer problems 
  • Tracking and documenting customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system 
  • Providing product information, guidance, and training to customers 
  • Contributing to the development of knowledge base articles and support documentation 
  • Keeping up to date with product updates and new features 
  • Providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction 

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field 
  • C1/C2 English Level proficiency (both written and spoken English)  
  • Previous experience in a technical support or customer service role 
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills 
  • Familiarity with software and hardware configurations 
  • Excellent interpersonal skills 
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote and fast-paced environment 
  • Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks 
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and ticketing tools 
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English 

Preferred candidates for this role is a motivated and customer-focused individual with a passion for technology and helping others. Preferred candidates have previous experience in a technical support or customer service role, with a solid understanding of troubleshooting software and hardware issues. They possess excellent communication skills and can adapt to various customer situations. A strong willingness to learn, collaborate, and provide exceptional customer service is highly valued. Candidates must be amenable to work during US business hours. 

We offer a full-time, US-hours remote job, 40-hour workweek Mon-Fri, with excellent prospects for long-term growth for an ambitious experienced Associate Technical Support Engineer. We can offer HMO and other benefits to Philippine candidates.
