As an Autosar Developer with BSW (Basic Software), you will play a crucial role in the development, integration, and testing of Automotive Embedded Software utilizing Autosar standards and BSW modules. Your expertise in Autosar architecture and BSW components will be essential to ensure the seamless functioning of automotive systems. 

What you'll be doing 

  • Designing and implementing Autosar compliant software components and BSW modules for automotive applications 
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to analyze system requirements and define software architecture
  • Integrating and configuring third-party BSW modules with the existing software framework 
  • Conducting unit testing, integration testing, and validation of Autosar software 
  • Troubleshooting and debugging software issues to improve system performance and stability 
  • Supporting the development of low-level drivers and communication protocols
  • Documenting software designs, configurations, and test results
  • Staying updated with the latest Autosar standards, technology trends, and industry best practices 
  • Participating in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards 

Requirements 

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field 
  • Proven experience in Autosar software development and BSW integration
  • C1/C2 English Level proficiency (both written and spoken English)  
  • Proficiency in programming languages like C, C++, and assembly language 
  • Familiarity with Autosar compliant software design methodology and tools 
  • Strong understanding of BSW modules and their implementation in automotive systems 
  • Knowledge of automotive communication protocols such as CAN, LIN, and Ethernet 
  • Experience with software debugging and diagnostic tools
  • Solid understanding of embedded systems and real-time operating systems (RTOS) 
  • Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills 

Preferred candidates for this role will have previous experience in working on Automotive Embedded Systems projects, familiarity with ISO 26262 functional safety standards, and expertise in using Autosar configuration tools. Additionally, candidates with experience in AUTOSAR adaptive platform and knowledge of Ethernet/IP protocols will be given preference. 

We offer a full-time, US-hours remote job, 40-hour workweek Mon-Fri, with excellent prospects for long-term growth for an ambitious experienced Autosar Developer with BSW. We can offer HMO and other benefits to Philippine candidates.
