As a Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, and identifying opportunities for improvement. Your responsibilities will include conducting data analysis, preparing reports, and providing insights to support decision-making. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, assist in project management, and contribute to the successful implementation of business solutions.

Requirements 

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field 
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role
• C1/C2 English Level proficiency (both written and spoken English)  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools 
• Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities 
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills 
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment 

Preferred candidates with prior experience in business process improvement and knowledge of industry-specific software will be preferred. We are seeking individuals who are proactive, adaptable, and have a passion for driving positive change. Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills are highly valued.
