As a Business Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting various administrative tasks to ensure smooth business operations. What you'll be doing 

  • Managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and organizing meetings 
  • Coordinating travel arrangements and accommodation for business trips 
  • Assisting in preparing and editing documents, presentations, and reports 
  • Conducting research on various topics to support decision-making processes 
  • Maintaining and organizing digital and physical files and records 
  • Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and phone calls 
  • Assisting in managing budgets, expense reports, and invoicing 
  • Collaborating with team members to facilitate seamless communication and information sharing 
  • Providing general administrative support as needed 

Requirements 

  • Proven experience as a Business Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar role 
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks 
  • C1/C2 English Level proficiency (both written and spoken English) 
  • Proficiency in using office software, including word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation tools 
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all work 
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism 
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently

Preferred candidates for this role will have a background in business administration or a related field, with experience as a Business Assistant or in an administrative role. We are looking for individuals who possess excellent organizational skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Strong interpersonal skills, familiarity with project management tools, and experience in a remote work environment will be highly valued. 

We offer a full-time, US-hours remote job, 40-hour workweek Mon-Fri, with excellent prospects for long-term growth for an ambitious experienced Business Assistant (Remote). We can offer HMO and other benefits to Philippine candidates.
