As a Business Development Strategist, you will be responsible for driving growth and expanding our business through strategic planning and partnerships. This is a remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere. What you'll be doing 

  • Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities and target markets 
  • Developing and executing business development strategies to drive revenue growth 
  • Identifying and pursuing strategic partnerships and collaborations 
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders and industry influencers 
  • Analyzing market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making 
  • Leading negotiations and contract discussions with potential partners 
  • Monitoring and evaluating the performance of business development initiatives 
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align business development efforts with company goals 
  • Providing insights and recommendations to senior management on business development opportunities 

Requirements 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field 
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role 
  • C1/C2 English Level proficiency (both written and spoken English)
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics and business trends 
  • Excellent negotiation skills 
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities 
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders 
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and business development tools 

Preferred candidates for this role are those who have previous remote business development experience or have worked in a similar role within the industry. Experience in identifying and closing large-scale partnerships will be highly regarded. Candidates with a strong network and industry connections will also be valued. We value individuals who are self-motivated, proactive, and have a passion for driving business growth in a remote work environment. 

We offer a full-time, US-hours remote job, 40-hour workweek Mon-Fri, with excellent prospects for long-term growth for an ambitious experienced Business Development Strategist. We can offer HMO and other benefits to Philippine candidates.
