As a Business Development Support, you will play a crucial role in assisting the business development team in their efforts to identify and secure new business opportunities. What you'll be doing 

  • Conducting market research to identify potential clients and target markets 
  • Assisting in the preparation of business proposals, presentations, and sales materials 
  • Maintaining and updating the customer relationship management (CRM) system with accurate and current data 
  • Collaborating with the sales team to generate leads and follow up on sales opportunities 
  • Coordinating and scheduling meetings, conferences, and client visits 
  • Assisting in the preparation of reports, forecasts, and sales performance analysis 
  • Providing administrative support to the business development team, including managing correspondence and documentation 
  • Monitoring industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities 
  • Supporting the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns 

Requirements 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience) 
  • Proven experience in a business development or sales support role 
  • C1/C2 English Level proficiency (both written and spoken English)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills 
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other business productivity tools 
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote work environment 
  • Attention to detail and accuracy 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work under tight deadlines 

Preferred candidates for this role have a solid understanding of business development processes and are highly organized with excellent communication skills. They are proactive, self-motivated individuals who can work effectively in a remote team environment. Strong analytical skills and the ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities are highly desirable. Experience in market research and proficiency in CRM systems are also preferred. 

We offer a full-time, US-hours remote job, 40-hour workweek Mon-Fri, with excellent prospects for long-term growth for an ambitious experienced Business Development Support. We can offer HMO and other benefits to Philippine candidates.
