As a Casting Manager (Content Creator), you will be responsible in crafting marketing copy to promote our products, composing blog entries on industry-related subjects, and publicizing our content through social media. You will also generate, evaluate, and refine content for the organization, which will be published on the company's websites. 

What you’ll be doing 

  • Oversee the casting of content creators for remote productions 
  • Work closely with producers to find the right talent for each remote production 
  • Draft and post casting calls on online platforms such as Backstage, Casting Networks, Facebook and Craigslist 
  • Act as a liaison between talent and production stakeholders 
  • Lead the sourcing of remote content creators using platforms such as Boast.io, Billo, TikTok Creator Marketplace, social media outreach and our internal database 
  • Communicate between content creators and producers to make sure the right footage is produced on time for each ad set 
  • Unify and standardize our casting databases and processes across offices 
  • Collaborate with each production team and creative department that sources talent to help streamline and centralize the way talent is organized and booked 
  • Organize our Airtable databases of previously worked with and prospective talent 
  • Collect, organize and maintain talent paperwork and releases in our database 
  • Collect reviews and data from directors and producers to keep track of how well talent performs and how they influence the effectiveness of the content they’re featured in 
  • Keep up with new industry practices and evolutions in casting trends 
  • Explore new platforms to source performers 
  • Develop relationships with remote talent and maintain an understanding of nationally available resources 
  • Keep up with new social platforms and the talent that perform well on them 

Requirements 

  • 3+ years of remote content creator casting experience 
  • C1/C2 English Level proficiency (both written and spoken English)   
  • Understanding of professional remote content creator casting processes, payment scopes, contracts and database maintenance 
  • Strong eye for what makes a performer compelling and the ability to cast one that conforms to specific brand guidelines 
  • Have a pulse on trends in social media and the talent that perform well on them 
  • Experience casting outside the typical content creator, ie "real people", VO artists, micro-influencers, small businesses, families, children, animals, etc. 
  • Be a self-starter with exceptional organizational skills 
  • Basic understanding of good UGC video production skills such as proper lighting choices, camera coverage, and art direction 
  • Eager to learn new ideas and follow rapidly evolving trends in casting for new platforms and content genres 

Preferred candidates that are good engaging in brainstorming sessions and can propose innovative platforms and methods to expand the current customer base and broaden the target market. Candidates must be amenable to work during US business hours. 

We offer a full-time, US-hours remote job, 40-hour workweek Mon-Fri, with excellent prospects for long-term growth for an ambitious, experienced Casting Manager (Content Creator). We can offer HMO and other benefits to Philippine candidates.
