What you'll be doing 

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their goals, challenges, and needs 
  • Collaborating with clients to develop and execute strategic account plans to drive customer success and growth 
  • Providing proactive guidance and strategic recommendations to clients, leveraging industry knowledge and best practices 
  • Conducting regular business reviews with clients to assess their progress, address any concerns, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling 
  • Monitoring and analyzing customer usage and engagement data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Serving as the main point of contact for clients, promptly addressing their inquiries and providing timely resolutions 
  • Collaborating with internal teams, such as Sales and Product, to ensure seamless onboarding, implementation, and support for clients 
  • Advocating for clients internally and sharing their feedback to drive product enhancements and improvements 
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and best practices in client success management 

Requirements 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field 
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in a client-facing role, such as Customer Success Manager or Account Manager 
  • Proven track record of managing client relationships and driving customer success 
  • C1/C2 English Level proficiency (both written and spoken English)
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities 
  • Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights 
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills 
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote work environment 
  • Familiarity with CRM software and customer success platforms is a plus

We offer a full-time, US-hours remote job, 40-hour workweek Mon-Fri, with excellent prospects for long-term growth for an ambitious experienced Client Success Manager (Remote). We can offer HMO and other benefits to Philippine candidates.
