As a Commission and Compensation Analyst, you will be a vital member of our remote team, responsible for analyzing and managing commission structures and compensation plans. What you'll be doing 

  • Analyzing sales data and performance metrics to calculate commissions accurately 
  • Reviewing and validating commission calculations to ensure compliance with policies and agreements 
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather necessary data and information for compensation analysis 
  • Developing and maintaining commission and compensation models, ensuring accuracy and efficiency 
  • Conducting regular audits to identify discrepancies and resolve any commission-related issues 
  • Monitoring industry trends and best practices to recommend improvements to commission structures 
  • Providing guidance and support to sales team members regarding commission-related inquiries 
  • Preparing reports and presentations to communicate commission metrics and performance analysis 
  • Assisting with the design and implementation of new compensation plans and incentive programs 

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field 
  • 3 years of experience in commission analysis, compensation management, or a similar role 
  • C1/C2 English Level proficiency (both written and spoken English)  
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools 
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in calculations and data manipulation 
  • In-depth knowledge of commission structures, compensation plans, and sales performance metrics 
  • Proficiency in spreadsheet software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets) and data visualization tools 
  • Ability to interpret complex data and present insights in a clear and concise manner 
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines 
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a remote work environment
