As a Community Coordinator, you will be responsible for building and nurturing our online community. You'll work closely with the marketing and product teams to create engaging content and manage social media platforms. This is a fully remote position with flexible working hours. 

What you'll be doing

  • Creating and executing community engagement strategies 
  • Developing and managing social media content 
  • Moderating and engaging with community members 
  • Analyzing and reporting on community metrics 
  • Identifying and addressing community needs 
  • Organizing online and offline events 
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams 

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in community management or related field 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • Proficient in social media platforms and community management tools 
  • Ability to analyze and report on community metrics 
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills 
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field 

Preferred candidates will have Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment, have strong knowledge of SEO and content marketing, great familiarity with project management tools and have passion for building and nurturing communities. Candidates must be amenable to work during US business hours. 

We offer a full-time, US-hours remote job, 40-hour workweek Mon-Fri, with excellent prospects for long-term growth for an ambitious experienced Senior Marketing Retention Analyst. We can offer HMO and other benefits to Philippine candidates.
