As a Community Manager, you will be a vital member of our Client Services Representative team, responsible for nurturing and engaging our online community. You will monitor and moderate social media platforms, forums, and other channels to ensure a positive and interactive user experience. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will shine as you build strong relationships with our community members and respond to their inquiries and feedback. Leveraging SEO strategies, you will optimize community content for better visibility and engagement. 

What you'll be doing 

  • Managing and moderating online community platforms and social media channels 
  • Engaging with community members, responding to inquiries, and fostering positive interactions 
  • Monitoring discussions and user-generated content to maintain a supportive environment
  • Creating and sharing relevant and engaging content to keep the community active and informed 
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address community-related issues 
  • Analyzing community metrics and feedback to identify opportunities for improvement 
  • Implementing SEO strategies to optimize community content for search engines 
  • Organizing and hosting community events, webinars, and Q&A sessions
  • Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in community management 

Requirements 

  • C1/C2 English Level proficiency (both written and spoken English) 
  • Proven experience as a community manager or similar role 
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and online community dynamics 
  • Familiarity with SEO principles and content optimization 
  • Analytical mindset to measure and track community engagement 
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment 

Preferred candidates for the Community Manager role will have a track record of successful community management and a genuine passion for engaging with users. They will possess strong problem-solving skills and be adept at handling sensitive or challenging situations within the community. Preferred candidates will be proactive in identifying and implementing community growth opportunities. A background in SEO and content optimization will be highly valued. 

We offer a full-time, US-hours remote job, 40-hour workweek Mon-Fri, with excellent prospects for long-term growth for an ambitious experienced Community Manager. We can offer HMO and other benefits to Philippine candidates.
