Job description
We seek a dedicated and knowledgeable Level 2 Tech Support Agent to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will be an expert in troubleshooting and maintaining ConnectWise Automate for Microsoft Windows desktops and have excellent written and spoken English skills.
Responsibilities:
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ConnectWise Automate on Microsoft Windows desktops.
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, or chat with professionalism and expertise
- Document all actions taken during problem resolution in appropriate internal tracking systems
- Escalate issues to level 3 support or management as necessary
- Assist in the development and maintenance of user manuals and guidelines
- Continually improve your tech knowledge and skills, staying updated with system information, changes, and updates
Qualifications:
A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred. Alternatively, substantial experience in a similar role will be considered.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in tech support, specifically with ConnectWise Automate for Microsoft Windows desktops
- Excellent written and spoken English skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to explain technical concepts to a non-technical audience
- Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software
- Remote work experience handling US clients
- Excellent customer service skills, with a patient and friendly demeanor
We offer a full-time, remote job 2am-10 am EST , 40-hour workweek Mon-Fri, with excellent prospects for long-term growth for an ambitious Tech Support Agent. We can offer HMO and other benefits to Philippine candidates.
