What you'll be doing 

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define and implement content strategies and workflows 
• Developing and maintaining content management systems (CMS) and related tools 
• Designing and implementing content architectures and taxonomies for efficient content organization and retrieval 
• Ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and quality of content through content auditing and validation 
• Optimizing content for SEO, accessibility, and performance 
• Conducting content analysis and recommending improvements based on user feedback and analytics 
• Troubleshooting content-related issues and providing technical support to content creators 
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in content engineering and management 
• Training and guiding content creators on content management tools and processes 

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Science, or a related field 
• 4 years of experience as a Content Engineer, Content Developer, or similar roles 
• C1/C2 English Level proficiency (both written and spoken English)  
• Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and related technologies 
• Strong understanding of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and XML 
• Familiarity with SEO best practices and content optimization techniques 
• Knowledge of content modeling, metadata management, and content versioning 
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills 
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration abilities 
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting 

Preferred candidates who have proven track record in content engineering, with experience in developing and optimizing content management systems and workflows. They possess strong technical skills, including proficiency in web technologies and SEO practices.
