As a Creatives Manager Reseller, you will be accountable for developing and overseeing brand assets for use across various marketing channels, ensuring alignment with the high-quality brand. 

What you’ll be doing 

• Supervising a team of content creators and ensuring their work meets expectations. 
• Keeping up with the latest marketing techniques and adapting to new ideas. 
• Chairing content creation meetings. 
• Guiding clients in selecting content for optimal impact. 
• Addressing client issues and finding mutually beneficial solutions. 
• Collaborating on new content projects with other departments such as creating infographics, presentations, and reports. 
• Acting as a leader within the content creation team, providing support and guidance to team members. 
• Bridging communication between the Creatives Department and Company Management (CEO and COO) 

Requirements 

• A Bachelor's degree in a field such as art, graphic design, marketing, communications, or a related subject  
• C1/C2 English Level proficiency (both written and spoken English) 
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in digital content creation with a demonstrated ability to create both marketing and internal materials like presentations 
• Confidence in leadership, with the capability to be empathetic, dependable, and assertive when necessary 
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to speak professionally and actively listen to clients and colleagues 

Preferred candidates that possesses a dynamic and energetic approach to problem-solving, has a strong passion and drive for producing exceptional creative design and shows interest in different cultures and a global perspective. Candidates must be amenable to work during US business hours.   

We offer a full-time, US-hours remote job, 40-hour workweek Mon-Fri, with excellent prospects for long-term growth for an ambitious experienced Creatives Manager Reseller. We can offer HMO and other benefits to Philippine candidates.
