As a Customer Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to attract new customers and increase sales revenue. You will work remotely, collaborating with the marketing team and other departments to create and implement campaigns that effectively target and engage potential customers. You will also analyze customer data and trends to optimize marketing efforts and provide valuable insights to inform business decisions. 

What you'll be doing

  • Creating and executing customer acquisition campaigns across multiple channels to increase the number of new customers 
  • Analyzing and reporting on campaign performance and making data-driven recommendations for optimization 
  • Conducting research on industry trends, competitor activity, and target audience behavior to inform marketing strategy 
  • Collaborating with the marketing team and other departments to develop and implement marketing initiatives 
  • Analyze customer data to identify target markets and potential customers 
  • Develop relationships with potential customers through online channels like email, social media and webinars 
  • Monitor customer feedback to make sure that every interaction is handled appropriately and promptly 
  • Manage campaigns budget and track its performance over time

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration or related field 
  • C1/C2 English Level proficiency (both written and spoken English)  
  • 3+ years of experience in customer acquisition or related field 
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reporting 
  • Strong knowledge in SEO, Google Analytics, and A/B testing 
  • Understanding of consumer behavior and trends in the digital space 

Preferred candidates that have experience in B2B marketing, knowledge of SEO and SEM strategies, experience with marketing automation platforms and great familiarity with CRM systems. Candidates must be amenable to work during US business hours. 

We offer a full-time, US-hours remote job, 40-hour workweek Mon-Fri, with excellent prospects for long-term growth for an ambitious experienced Customer Acquisition Manager. We can offer HMO and other benefits to Philippine candidates.
