What you'll be doing 

  • Providing excellent customer service through various channels, including phone, email, and live chat 
  • Assisting customers with inquiries, troubleshooting, and problem resolution 
  • Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
  • Processing orders, returns, and exchanges 
  • Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records 
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address customer issues and improve processes 
  • Staying updated on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively assist customers 
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvements and escalating customer concerns as needed
  • Meeting and exceeding customer satisfaction goals 

Requirements 

  • High school diploma or equivalent 
  • C1/C2 English Level proficiency (both written and spoken English)  
  • Proven experience in a customer service role
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities 
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively 
  • Proficiency in using customer service software and tools 
  • Empathetic and patient attitude towards customers 

Preferred candidates for this role are those who have previous remote customer service experience or have worked in a customer-facing role within a similar industry. Experience with CRM systems and customer service metrics will be highly regarded. Candidates with additional language skills or experience in handling challenging customer situations will also be valued. We offer a full-time, US-hours remote job, 40-hour workweek Mon-Fri, with excellent prospects for long-term growth for an ambitious experienced Customer Experience Agent. We can offer HMO and other benefits to Philippine candidates.
