Job Description
Join our remote customer success team, where you'll play a crucial role in ensuring customers maximize their use of our software in the cannabis industry. Your passion for customer service, ability to build strong relationships, and organizational skills will be key. You'll contribute to the success of our customers, aiding them in thriving within this exciting market.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate across teams (customer success, engineering, product, sales) to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Address support tickets, identify issues, and communicate complex problems effectively.
  • Create instructional videos and directly engage with customers to resolve issues.
  • Contribute to the creation of knowledge base articles.
  • Master in-house tools like HubSpot and Intercom.
What We're Looking For:
  • Eagerness to learn and excel in supporting cannabis operations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including phone and email proficiency.
  • Ability to handle objections with a good sense of humor.
  • Willingness to work specific hours for customer support coverage.
  • Experience in technical support, with a knack for engagingly explaining technical topics.
  • Solution-oriented mindset with proven ability to utilize various tools for problem-solving.
  • Remote work experience handling US clients.
  • Excellent communication and written and spoken English.
Nice to Have (But Not Required):
  • Experience with CRM (HubSpot preferred).
  • Background in the cannabis industry or supply chain and inventory management.
  • Previous SaaS support experience.
  • Experience with customer issue management through ticketing systems (e.g., Intercom).
  • Experience in a technical support role for Enterprise Software or SaaS solutions.
