As a DEIB Lead (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging), you will be responsible for driving our organization's DEIB initiatives and fostering an inclusive and equitable work environment. What you'll be doing 

  • Developing and implementing DEIB strategies and initiatives 
  • Collaborating with leadership to integrate DEIB principles into all aspects of the organization 
  • Conducting assessments to identify DEIB opportunities and areas for improvement
  • Creating and delivering DEIB training and educational programs 
  • Establishing metrics and measuring the effectiveness of DEIB initiatives 
  • Providing guidance and support to employees on DEIB matters 
  • Building partnerships with external organizations to enhance DEIB efforts 
  • Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in DEIB
  • Driving cultural change and fostering an inclusive and equitable work environment 

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience 
  • Proven experience in leading DEIB initiatives or a similar role 
  • C1/C2 English Level proficiency (both written and spoken English)  
  • Deep knowledge of DEIB concepts, theories, and practices
  • Strong understanding of DEIB issues and challenges in the workplace 
  • Excellent interpersonal skills 
  • Ability to influence and drive change across all levels of the organization 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 

Preferred candidates for this role have a demonstrated track record of successfully leading and implementing DEIB initiatives in a remote or global setting. They possess certifications or additional training in DEIB, such as Certified Diversity Professional (CDP) or similar credentials. They have experience in facilitating difficult conversations around DEIB topics and possess excellent relationship-building skills. We are seeking individuals who are passionate about DEIB and have a strong commitment to creating an inclusive and equitable workplace. 

We offer a full-time, US-hours remote job, 40-hour workweek Mon-Fri, with excellent prospects for long-term growth for an ambitious experienced DEIB Lead. We can offer HMO and other benefits to Philippine candidates.
