DevOps Engineer (Remote)

As a DevOps Engineer (Remote), you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining our organization's infrastructure and software delivery pipelines. You'll work closely with developers, quality assurance teams, and other stakeholders to ensure the continuous delivery of high-quality software. 

What you'll be doing: 

  • Developing and implementing automation tools and frameworks 
  • Managing and configuring AWS infrastructure 
  • Collaborating with development teams to ensure continuous integration and delivery 
  • Troubleshooting and resolving issues in production environments 
  • Building and maintaining monitoring and alerting systems 
  • Evaluating and recommending new tools and technologies to improve our infrastructure and processes 
  • Documenting and sharing knowledge with the team 
  • Participating in on-call rotations to provide support outside of regular business hours 
  • Ensuring compliance with security and regulatory requirements 

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field 
  • 3+ years of experience in DevOps or related field 
  • C1/C2 English Level proficiency (both written and spoken English)  
  • Experience with AWS services such as EC2, RDS, S3, and Lambda 
  • Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, or similar languages 
  • Familiarity with configuration management tools such as Ansible or Chef 
  • Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes 
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills 
  • Excellent collaboration skills 

Preferred candidates who have experience working with monitoring tools like Datadog or New Relic and infrastructure as code tools like Terraform or CloudFormation. Candidates must be amenable to work during US business hours. 

We offer a full-time, US-hours remote job, 40-hour workweek Mon-Fri, with excellent prospects for long-term growth for an ambitious experienced DevOps Engineer (Remote). We can offer HMO and other benefits to Philippine candidates.
