As a Digital Media Buyer, you will be responsible for implementing efficient media buying strategies, negotiating with vendors, and optimizing campaigns in order to maximize ROI from digital channels. In this role you should possess excellent strategic thinking and analytical skills, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders. You should also be up-to-date with the latest digital media buying trends in order to identify new opportunities for growing the business. 

What you'll be doing

  • Develop & implement effective media buying strategies through cost efficient methods - Negotiate & secure contracts with vendors such as ad networks, publishers & other partners 
  • Manage budget allocation & tracking in order ensure campaigns run on time within budget limits 
  • Monitor performance & analyze data from various sources such as Google Analytics, search console etc., in order identify optimization opportunities 
  • Brainstorm ideas for promotions that will attract attention of influencers & potential customers 
  • Collaborate with creative teams in order create high quality content that drives engagement & sales  
  • Utilize a range of testing methodologies (A/B testing) in order identify which campaign elements work best 

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required  
  • C1/C2 English Level proficiency (both written and spoken English) 
  • 2+ years of experience working as a Digital Marketers or similar 
  • Proven track record of successfully launching online campaigns & optimizing them for maximum results 
  • In depth knowledge of various digital marketing methods & tools (Google Ads certification preferred) 

Preferred candidates that have experience with programmatic advertising platforms (e.g. DV360, The Trade Desk, etc.), familiarity with social media advertising platforms (e.g. Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, etc.), experience with search advertising platforms (e.g. Google Ads, Bing Ads, etc.). Candidates must be amenable to work during US business hours. 

We offer a full-time, US-hours remote job, 40-hour workweek Mon-Fri, with excellent prospects for long-term growth for an ambitious experienced Digital Media Buyer. We can offer HMO and other benefits to Philippine candidates.
