As an Engagement Specialist, you are responsible in overseeing the entire process of creating effective communications and posting on social media platforms while interacting with community members. 

What you’ll be doing 

  • Moderating and engaging with community members regularly through community meetings/events and one-on-one interactions
  • Making contact with community members through telephone, email, or other platforms to maintain a strong connection
  • Managing chats to enhance personal engagement, respond to queries, and handle troubleshooting
  • Planning, executing, and managing campaigns, webinars, and events both online and offline
  • Designing, planning, and executing various community engagement programs, such as catch-up sessions, learning & development sessions, fun activities, monthly meetups, local meet-ups, and workcations
  • Overseeing multiple social media platforms and interacting with community members
  • Acting as an advocate and advisor to understand professional concerns and needs, gather meaningful insights, and coordinate the resolution of issues by engaging with the business and other stakeholders
  • Launching community initiatives such as creating an online forum, leading an ambassador program, organizing an event series, and writing an email newsletter

Requirements 

  • Bachelor's degree is a mandatory requirement 
  • C1/C2 English Level proficiency (both written and spoken English) 
  • In-depth understanding of social and emotional learning, behavior management, and customer purchasing behavior is required
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills 
  • Possess the ability to employ critical thinking to solve various problems
  • Capable of developing and executing both short-term and long-term goals and objectives
  • Can work independently as well as with other teams effectively
  • Possess strong interpersonal skills and the capability to establish trustworthy relationships
  • Outstanding organizational skills with a keen attention to detail

Preferred candidates that proactively monitor and engage in key social media conversations to help build a genuine community. Candidates must be amenable to work during US business hours.  

We offer a full-time, US-hours remote job, 40-hour workweek Mon-Fri, with excellent prospects for long-term growth for an ambitious experienced Engagement Specialist. We can offer HMO and other benefits to Philippine candidates.
