What you'll be doing 

• Assisting in the preparation and maintenance of financial records 
• Processing accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions 
• Reconciling bank statements and verifying financial data accuracy
• Assisting in month-end and year-end closing processes 
• Supporting budgeting and forecasting activities 
• Conducting basic financial analysis and reporting 
• Assisting with tax-related tasks and compliance 
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams on financial projects
• Contributing to process improvements and efficiency initiatives 
• Learning and adhering to accounting principles and regulations 

Requirements 

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field 
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles and financial concepts
• C1/C2 English Level proficiency (both written and spoken English)  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 
• Excellent interpersonal abilities 
• Detail-oriented and organized approach to work 
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion 

Preferred candidates who have recently graduated or have limited work experience in accounting. If you possess a willingness to learn and a strong desire to develop a career in accounting, you are the ideal candidate for this role. Familiarity with accounting software and internships or coursework related to accounting will be advantageous.  

We offer a full-time, US-hours remote job, 40-hour workweek Mon-Fri, with excellent prospects for long-term growth for an ambitious experienced Entry Level Accountant. We can offer HMO and other benefits to Philippine candidates.
