As an Executive Administrative Assistant, you will be providing high-level administrative support to CEO and other executives, such as taking calls, scheduling meetings, managing executive requests, and other office duties. You will also oversee office functions and supervise lower-level office employees. 

What you’ll be doing 

  • Maintain and update the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) 
  • Create and update spreadsheets, dashboards, and business reports, as well as various communications, and perform data analysis, summarize trends, and offer recommendations 
  • Accurately prepare spreadsheets, monthly pre-bills, data analysis, receipt reconciliation, and invoices to support the client billing processyoutube.com 
  • Utilizing Adobe Professional to create, edit, and format correspondence, letters, presentations, proposals, spreadsheets, and.pdf files 
  • Research and internet savvy 
  • Offer calendar management services, including administration, planning, and communication, for client or business unit meetings 
  • Support in planning of client or internal meetings, webcasts, or conference calls, including scheduling and communication, maintaining confidential information, and preparation and distribution materials 

Requirements 

  • Bachelor’s degree 
  • C1/C2 English Level proficiency (both written and spoken English) 
  • Proficiency in reporting and data analysis using sophisticated Excel tools and pivot tables 
  • Advance MS Office skills 
  • Advance experience in web conferencing software 
  • Excellent graphics design skills 
  • Excellent analytical and critical thinking abilities to organize data, spot trends, and report 
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload 

Preferred candidates that is well rounded, responsible and has extensive administrative background. Candidates must be amenable to work during US business hours.   

We offer a full-time, US-hours remote job, 40-hour workweek Mon-Fri, with excellent prospects for long-term growth for an ambitious experienced Administrative Assistant III. We can offer HMO and other benefits to Philippine candidates.
