As a Frontend Engineer, Explorer, you will play a key role in developing and enhancing our web applications. Your expertise in front-end technologies, problem-solving skills, and creativity will contribute to delivering exceptional user experiences. What you'll be doing 

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into functional and appealing user interfaces 
• Developing and implementing front-end components and features using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks 
• Conducting UI/UX reviews and optimizing applications for maximum speed and scalability 
• Troubleshooting and debugging frontend issues, ensuring high-quality code and application performance 
• Collaborating with backend engineers to integrate frontend components seamlessly
• Participating in code reviews to maintain code quality and best practices 
• Staying up to date with emerging front-end technologies and industry trends 
• Continuously improving the user experience and front-end development processes 
• Providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior front-end engineers 

Requirements 

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (preferred)  
• Proven experience as a frontend engineer or in a similar role 
• C1/C2 English Level proficiency (both written and spoken English)  
• Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript 
• Experience with frontend frameworks such as React, Vue.js, or Angular 
• Knowledge of responsive design principles and mobile-first development 
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and code collaboration tools
• Understanding of web performance optimization techniques 
• Solid problem-solving and debugging skills 
• Excellent interpersonal and collaboration abilities

We offer a full-time, US-hours remote job, 40-hour workweek Mon-Fri, with excellent prospects for long-term growth for an ambitious experienced Front-end Engineer, Explorer (Remote). We can offer HMO and other benefits to Philippine candidates.
