As a Hardware Development Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and testing hardware components and systems. Your expertise in hardware engineering, circuit design, and product development will contribute to the success of our cutting-edge projects. 

What you'll be doing 

  • Designing and prototyping hardware components and systems 
  • Conducting testing and validation of hardware products
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define hardware requirements 
  • Conducting research on new technologies and components 
  • Troubleshooting and resolving hardware issues 
  • Participating in product development from concept to launch 
  • Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations
  • Conducting performance analysis and optimization 
  • Documenting design specifications and test results 

Requirements 

  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field 
  • Proven experience as a hardware development engineer or similar role
  • C1/C2 English Level proficiency (both written and spoken English)  
  • Strong knowledge of circuit design and PCB layout 
  • Proficiency in hardware simulation and modeling tools 
  • Familiarity with hardware testing and validation techniques 
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills 
  • Effective and teamwork abilities 

Preferred candidates will have a Master's degree in electrical engineering and a track record of successful hardware development projects. Industry certifications such as Certified Hardware Engineer (CHE) are a plus. Experience in product design for specific industries, such as automotive or consumer electronics, is highly valued. 

We offer a full-time, US-hours remote job, 40-hour workweek Mon-Fri, with excellent prospects for long-term growth for an ambitious experienced Hardware Development Engineer. We can offer HMO and other benefits to Philippine candidates.
