As a Head of Acquisition Integration, you will lead the process of integrating companies that have been acquired into our operations. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to ensure smooth transition and successful integration. 

What you'll be doing

  • Developing plans for onboarding and integrating newly acquired companies 
  • Identifying efficiencies between existing resources and new assets 
  • Creating systems for communication, cooperation, and goal setting 
  • Establishing governance structures for cross functional teams 
  • Defining reporting procedures between teams to ensure timely decision making on projects 

Requirements

  • C1/C2 English Level proficiency (both written and spoken English)  
  • 5+ years experience in managing complex transitions within corporate settings 
  • Proven track record of successful team management and collaboration across departments 
  • Experience in product development or equivalent technical discipline is a plus 
  • Ability to work in a remote environment 
  • Knowledgeable with project management tools like Asana, Airtable, Trello etc. 

Preferred candidates that have experience in an entrepreneurial environment and are experienced with change management principles. Candidates must be amenable to work during US business hours. 

We offer a full-time, US-hours remote job, 40-hour workweek Mon-Fri, with excellent prospects for long-term growth for an ambitious experienced Head of Acquisition Integration. We can offer HMO and other benefits to Philippine candidates.
