As Head of Growth, you will be responsible for driving the growth and revenue of our company through strategic planning and execution. You will lead and manage the growth team, working cross-functionally with product, engineering, and marketing teams to optimize user acquisition, retention, and monetization. 

What you'll be doing

  • Developing and executing growth strategies across multiple channels, including SEO, SEM, email, social media, referral, and content marketing 
  • Analyzing and interpreting data to identify key opportunities for growth and optimization 
  • Leading and managing the growth team to execute on growth initiatives and experiments 
  • Collaborating with product and engineering teams to drive user acquisition and retention through product optimization and new feature development 
  • Working closely with marketing teams to align on messaging and campaign strategies that drive growth 
  • Establishing and managing key growth metrics, goals, and KPIs 
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key partners and affiliates to drive growth through strategic partnerships 
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in growth marketing 
  • Preparing regular reports on growth metrics and presenting findings to senior leadership 

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in marketing, business, or a related field  
  • C1/C2 English Level proficiency (both written and spoken English) 
  • 7+ years of experience in growth marketing or a related field 
  • Strong track record of driving growth and revenue through strategic planning and execution 
  • Experience managing and leading a team of growth professionals 
  • Deep understanding of the latest growth marketing trends and best practices 
  • Excellent analytical and data-driven decision-making skills 
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills 

Preferred candidates that have experience working in a remote, distributed team environment, working in a startup or high-growth company with product-led growth and user acquisition through product optimization and familiarity with marketing automation and CRM tools. Candidates must be amenable to work during US business hours. 

We offer a full-time, US-hours remote job, 40-hour workweek Mon-Fri, with excellent prospects for long-term growth for an ambitious experienced Head of Growth. We can offer HMO and other benefits to Philippine candidates.
